Ronni L. Gaines, M.A.
Ronni founded TOPAZ in 1987 and has been in legal recruitment for over
25 years. She has a unique blend of experience, astute judgment, uncanny
insight and sound negotiation skills. Ronni carefully listens to what both
clients and candidates want and need. She clearly understands the culture,
politics, people and business needs of an organization, resulting in successfully
matching outstanding attorneys. Ronni's history of commitment to assisting

Stewart M. Cohen, M.B.A., C.P.A
Chairman and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions
Stewart has over 35 years of ever increasing responsibility. He began his
career in senior management at a Big 4 accounting firm in New York City.
Stewart has held senior management positions with global companies such
as Colgate Palmolive, NBC, Kenai Corp (a former NYSE energy company)
and Adidas. As chief financial and operating officer, he was responsible for
creating and developing the in-house counsel function. Stewart's strong,
well-honed expertise and hands-on experience in business, finance and
mergers and acquisitions give him a most unique advantage in putting
"deals" together and expertly assisting in projections and feasibility.
